Actually I had to cancel my reservation with Sixt. There was not an option to book directly from Love Field, so I couldn’t get to the location that was booked. Therefore I canceled the reservation and was charged $100 which I think was unfair. I want prepay with a car rental ever again and will never book with Sixt rental car company. I think they are a bad rental car agency.
Agency in Dallas was shorthanded so there was a wait. Agents at pick-up and drop off were friendly and practiced safety precautions.
Better staffing.

The fact that even though My reservation was for an off airport rental place, the employee found a deal that allowed me to get the same price at their location(on airport) The car had a USB port!
Kayak set me up with a rental with a company not on the airport premises. The car had iPhone integration, but no cruise control? What? Minor problem. :)
Avoided airport fees by renting at a location in the burbs. Lucked into a significant upgrade due to limited vehicle availability.

I liked the available cars , locations, staff and courtesy. What I did not like was. 1. 2 hours to wait in line to pick up the car. 2. I bought the rental car for a week for $327.13 that I paid at the pick up. When I returned the car they charged me for more than $600. I don’t know why they changed the rate fro already agreed cost. 3 . Whe I returned car at 13536 Preston road suite 104 Dallas 75240, although it was supposed to be open at 7:30 AM. It did not open till 8:15 AM. 4. I needed to extend the rental for another day. They gave me an estimated cost of more than $500. They said the only way to pay the original amount of $327.13 is to return it at the end of lease to Preston place. I got up at 2 AM drove the car for 330 miles from Oklahoma to Dallas-to return it at 7:30 AM . 4. They re-rented the same cat to me for 16 days for about $770. 5 . I had to drive back 330 miles to my place.with a full tank of gas spent on the road. 5 they charged me for full tank of gas at return, that I did not do. They have to give me back for filling gas that they did do. 6 . They have to adjust total charges for the first week which was $327.13, and nothing more.

When we picked up the car we were told no smokers allowed or you will be paying a cleaning fee of $450…. But yet they gave us a car that had smokers before us. Made the trip harder with our kids and asthma issue. The smells was awful, Texas temp reached above 100 all week long and the smells never went away. We were able to drop the car to a new location without extra charges 👍

It's extremely inconvenient that they'll only rent if you have a credit card, and this isn't plastered all over the check out page. It's a stupid company that won't take cash on the table, because it's not a credit card. Charge more for non-credit transactions, fine, but to make me waste money on two Ubers just to be told 'sorry, it's in our TOS that you can't rent without a credit card', with no obvious mention of this during checkout is absurd.

They did not have a car for my reservation at noon. Was told they likely would within 30 min so I suggested I go to lunch then come back. When I returned was told it could be another hour, but they could not guarantee it, it might be longer because some other employee needed to go to lunch, and blah blah blah. So did not rent a car.

Drop off was easy
They charges an additional $50 in taxes, on top of the taxes and fees already in the price. When I called, they said the quoted price was only an "estimate". They charged a total of $75 in taxes and fees for 2 days.......on an $81 rental car.
