Loved everything.

Friendly staff. The vehicle was excellent and the 4AM drop off went smooth and fast. Was shuttled to the terminal inside of five minutes.

Desk rep was super nice, quick and helpful. Into the facility and into my car in 15 mins or less. It was not at the airport as described per website. You do have to take a shuttle which I was not happy abt but shuttle ran fairly quick. No complaints. Good experience.

Price was different than online listing

It was just hard to find Payless at love field for pick up. There was not good signage to let us know it was with Budget. Other than that it was fine

I like the car I got, the lady at the exit gate and sadly those where the only two things I liked about the overall experience.

Verbal declined every add-on, including LDW, but they charged me for it when I returned the car. I have my own full insurance and never accept LWD or any other coverage. The LDW charge was more than the actual rental. This is an absolute scam and probably a deceptive trade practice.

I reserved a mid sized car. Company did not have one available upon arrival. I guess they don’t understand how a reservation works. They gave us a SUV which ended up costing us more money in gas. The car was filthy inside and out. Three hours into our vacation we received a call from home telling us my mother in law was in grave condition. After making arrangements to return home on the next available flight, I contacted Dollar to inform them I would be returning the car at 4am the following morning. I was told that would not be a problem. I had the car for 16 hours and was charged for entire weeks rental. No offer of any kind of credit for future rental. When I arrived at 4am to return the car, the company was not yet open. We had to return the car to the Hertz rental company down the road and take their shuttle to the terminal. We were not made aware of this the day before when making the arrangements to return the car. Considering the reason for our early return, emotions were high and nerves were short. A heads up as to what to expect would have alleviated some unnecessary stress. The airline and hotel were more than accommodating considering our situation. Dollar, however, was not. I would not rent a car from them in the future if it were free. Dollar needs to see and treat their customers as human beings and not just another fare.

Confusion on return location. GPS did not recognize address on contract folder. Called Dollar customer service. They provided another address. Went there and was at the back end of the Dollar property but could not enter. The rental car performed well.

Easy rental, lady at the desk knew her job, very efficient, friendly everything worked out great!

Charged $98 for a child booster seat I never received.

The people who checked me in were warm/patient (I had to get my CC zip code which took some time). When I went to leave it turns out the car they had given me was not ok to drive. Not sure why but it was flagged on the way out. So it was nice it was flagged. I promptly received a new car. Only issue of the whole thing was that car smelled so strongly of freebreeze or some type of cleaner/air freshener. It left me feeling slightly sick while driving in the car. Only feedback is just be mindful of scents because some people have a hard time with them. Thats it! Thanks for a good safe car to use.

I was charged twice for the rental. I spent 131 dollars to book it online, then charged another 220 dollars even though i returned it on time with no damages. I plan to be making some calls to find out why i am being charged almost 400 dollars for a rental for ONE DAY. As of now, i would NOT recommend Hertz to anyone, nor do i plan to do business with them again in the future. I feel I have been robbed and must now fight to try and get my money back

I had to change the dates and when I called about the refund a week before picking up the car, they gave me a run around. After 2 hours and multiple calls I was finally got a decent person that was able to issue the refund. Don't believe them when they tell you that you have to call the kayak or other sites to get your refund. They already have your money and are hoping you will just give up. The second issue I had was picking up the car. They would only allow me to rent after I gave them my own insurance information even though I had insurance from the booking site. The lack of customer service has made me decide to never do business with them again.

I Cancelled my reservation at this webpage they don't have to return the money, and it suppose was a 24 hours before, so it would be free.

Check out was a mess, no car where they assigned one. Then had to find a car and was a hassle. Not much communication and is confusing where to go or what to do.

Horrible pick up customer service as I was told I was getting switched to a car but was giving a giant gas eating truck. Then They charged me 100 fuel fee at drop off after I put over $50 in gas down the road from the airport and now I have to be subjected to going through their crappy customer service trying to get my money back after the lady at the houston counter told me my money would be refunded and she fixed it. A $155 not even full day rental has now turned into over $300 in charges. I don’t plan to ever use them again.

Refused to rent a car with a debit card. Bullshit!

Everything went smoothly with the exception of trying to find the key in the vehicle. It was not in an obvious place. It was behind the backup screen.
