Hours were not correct on the website and after hours drop off was not mentioned on the website.
Car I booked was not in stock. They gave me a van with less than a half a tank of gas, then overcharged me for my rental after it was discussed that they were going to “cut me a deal”. Horrible experience and service.

I can not think of anything that would make this experience better.
Had to wait a bit for the location to get enough cars, but the Enterprise reps were exceptionally professional about keeping me posted and getting additional cars so I didn’t have to wait long.

I thought the pickup was at the George Bush airport in Houston. The car was located downtown Houston, and it cost $65 for cab fare to go into Houston to get the car. Enterprise needs to make it more clear in the listing that the car is NOT at the airport.
The car was dirty and was way too expensive for what we got.
3 months in advance is still not enough time to have my rental ready on day of trip. Showed up and didn't have my van that I booked 3 months in advance! Had to delay vacation by 1 day and still didn't get my rental!
