Bobby from the Galleria branch in Houston did everything he could to ensure I have only a positive experience with Enterprise
The employees said the websites kept booking cars that were not there, so we all waited for our cars, some people over an hour. I only rented mine for 8 hours, so losing an hour and being charged for 24 was not a good experience. Nor are the rates you're charging now. And when I said yes to the insurance online, I was auto-charged for two days rather than one.

I would like to know that a Credit card is needed to purchase the rental BEFORE I GET TO THE AIRPORT
TELL ME A CREDIT CARD IS NEEDED SO I WONT BE STUCK AT THE AIRPORT WONDERING HOW I AM GOING TO GET AROUND , START ACCEPTING DEBIT CARDS !

Signs..signs..they are scarce. The Hertz desk is located INSIDE the lobby of the Westin Hotel around the corner. I had to ask valet parking where to find the desk to pickup and where to park the car on return as you enter the deck from the access road after the ramp going into the garage where reserved vehicles are parked...no signage visible pointing the way. Also, you won't get accurate GPS map directions if you use the 5060 Alabama Rd address (UBER won't find you either). You want to put in the address on the receipt for Westin Galleria to avoid circling the block in frustration, never seeing the hotel access nor signs. Luckily folks are nice in Houston so if you ask, they are happy to help. The car was clean.
The process of picking up/dropping off was fine. However, this was easily the most filthy rental I’ve experienced. Seats were dirty with crumbs and stains. There was some weird clump of unknown matter in the middle console under the emergency break. I didn’t bother touching it but had to do a wipe down of the wheel, doors and dashboard for some peace of mind. Unfortunately, when it was time to get in the car, it still looked and felt dirty but I managed and made the best of the experience. The car was simply not cleaned or prepped properly for any renter.
Spent my morning and $ ubering there, just to be told I couldn’t rent from them (even though I’ve never rented from them before) had to ultimately spend $$$ taking an Uber. I’ll never go back there
None. Worst service ever. Car was not available when I showed up for pickup, even with a confirmed reservation that I paid for days in advance. In the end, I ended up wasting 6 hours to find an alternative rental, which was impossible on a Saturday.
Hertz needs to review their customer service and look into this branch location by the Galleria. Very bad service.
